Description
MaGly+ Magnesium Glycinate is a health supplement from Efficare that gives you 110 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet. Each tablet contains 500 mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate and provides 25% of the RDA (ICMR 2020). It supports relaxation, muscle function and sleep wellness as part of your daily routine.
- Each serving (1 tablet) contains no fat, no protein and no added sucrose, with only 0.67 kcal and 0.236 g of carbohydrate.
- 60 tablets per pack.
Directions for use: Take 1 or 2 tablets daily after food, preferably at night or as advised by a healthcare professional. The tablet may be swallowed whole or broken if required.
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (INS 460i), Maize starch, Croscarmellose sodium (INS 468), Povidone (INS 1201), Polyvinyl alcohol (INS 1202), Purified Talc (INS 553b), Colloidal silicon dioxide (INS 551), Hypromellose (INS 464) and Magnesium stearate (INS 470b). Contains permitted synthetic food colour.
