How many flavors are available in EnRep?

EnRep is available in a total of 3 different flavors.

Can I customize my order as per my requirement?

Currently, we do not offer order customization. Since our products are shipped in pre-packed sachets and boxes, allowing customization can lead to discrepancies during packing and delivery. To ensure accuracy and a smooth shipping experience, we only process standard product configurations at this time.

Do you ship outside India?

No, currently we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India currently.

Is (COD) cash on delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

In how many days will I receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 days in metro cities. For other regions, delivery may take up to 7 days, depending on the location.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp and email from our official support team.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, shipping charges may apply.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Can I alter/amend my order after confirmation?

Depends on what do you want to alter, things that can be alter address, need more products u will have to order again

Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order directly from the order confirmation message you receive. Simply follow the cancellation option provided in that message to proceed.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your order is successfully cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed within 3 days.

Are there any cancellation charges?

Yes, a cancellation charge may apply. Since our order processing and shipment allocation are automated, orders are assigned for dispatch immediately after placement, which can incur handling costs upon cancellation.

If you receive a damaged product, we offer a return option. You can choose to either cancel the order for a refund (if applicable) or request a replacement with the same product.
