Refund policy

At Efficare, we prioritize product safety, hygiene, and customer well-being. 

Due to the nature of our products, including magnesium tablets and energy supplements, we follow strict quality and safety standards. 

Returns Policy 

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned.  

  • As our supplements are consumable and sensitive in nature, they cannot be repackaged or resold once opened.  

  • This policy helps us ensure the highest level of safety and hygiene for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Products 

We will offer a replacement or refund if: 

  • You receive a damaged product, or  

  • You receive the wrong item  

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: 

  • Order ID  

  • Photos/videos of the product  

Refund Policy 

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the issue is verified.  

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Order Cancellation 

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatching.  

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
