Return & Refund Policy

At Efficare Bioscience Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, opened capsules, sachets, or products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products with missing seals or tampered packaging.
- Any free samples or promotional items.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and guide you on the return shipment process.
Note: You may be responsible for shipping charges for returning non-defective items.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong products delivered.
5. Defective or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide a photo or video evidence of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible only for the same product if it is unused and in original packaging.
- To request an exchange, follow the return process outlined above and mention your request.
